## Sermon notes

**The ultimate goal of this life is to become <u>MORE</u> like&nbsp;Jesus.**

### Community:

- Do life with God&rsquo;s people, period.
- Protection in the herd.
- The world wants to destroy us. Need our community around us in peaks and&nbsp;valleys.
- Our lives must be noticeably different and held to a different standards.

- Proverbs 27:17 is a _battle verse_ and not a cute coffee cup&nbsp;scripture.
- God&rsquo;s people call us out and keep us grounded.

- Bad company corrupts good character.

- Do all life with those in your local church community.
- Who we have in our life affects the people we become.
- **Show me your friends and I&rsquo;ll show you your future.**
    - You are the sum of the five people you hang around the most.
    - We are affected by the friends of the friends of the people we spend time around.
    - Be. Careful. With. Chosing. Friends.

### Relational ecosystem for your life:

A Godly ecosystem of relationships.

- Have Godly friends who have Godly friends who have Godly friends
    - This takes work and years and hard decisions to get&nbsp;here.
- Wrong people can&rsquo;t give the right advice.
- We have to make serious decisions about relationships if we want to thrive.
- **We are overpowered by the wrong community and can&rsquo;t change them. God changes them.**
- Need a season of selfishness with our faith.

_Gods way or worlds way._

_Light or dark._

_God or devil._

_Cold turkey wrong relationships._
