Hello, I’m Garrett Winder, and I’ve spent the last 20 years on a wild ride through the web industry.

Currently: Better Than Good. Previously: Good Work (acq. ‘24), Erskine, GANDR, Sheepdog (acq. ‘10).

Here’s the short version:

I started a web design company during college, co-founded and sold a social analytics platform, then joined Erskine Design in England, working with clients like the BBC. Later I started Good Work, growing it to a seven-figure agency serving clients like Tito’s, PBS and Caesar’s Entertainment before selling in 2024. Now I’m doing a bit of everything: solving problems with strategy, design, code and AI, and helping organizations become Better Than Good.

I’ve coded, lead, started and sold businesses, written published articles, spoken at conferences around the globe, been through just about all of the peaks and valleys that come with entrepreneurship, and I love it all. Mostly I’m just a problem solver with an above average appetite for perseverance.
