Forward deployed engineer for digital service and software companies. Scope, build and ship AI agent systems and software against the tools and data they already have.
- Currently forward deployed with a utilities software company that builds customer support software for retail electric providers, bringing agents into a product that handles billing, outages and account questions.
- Built and shipped WORK, a business suite with a public API, CLI and agent skill, so people and coding agents run the same customers, deals, projects and invoices through the same interfaces.
- Design and build production agent systems, and put agent readiness principles into codebases so coding agents can work well over longer runs.
- Scope feasibility and integration risk before an engagement starts, then build what I scoped.
Mar 2014 – Mar 2025 · Dallas, Texas
Started Good Work and grew it year over year into a multi-seven-figure agency serving hundreds of clients including PBS, Tito’s Vodka and Caesars. Technical authority from pre-sales through production. Acquired in 2024.
- Ran discovery, scoping and architecture conversations with client executives and their technical staff before contracts were signed, and set realistic expectations on platform fit, integration complexity and risk.
- Owned architecture, code review, QA, releases and implementation across CMS, e-commerce and API integrations. Turned one-off builds into templates, standards and launch checklists that cut effort on every job after.
- Ran technical demos and led implementations directly with customers.

Ran the development team at a UK studio delivering websites and applications for municipalities, publications and media organizations like the BBC. Built the standards reused across clients.
